Oriflame Scam or not?

oriflame scam
oriflame scam

Oriflame is an international cosmetics company with a MLM business model. It was founded in Sweden by two brothers and their friend in 1967. This is a big company with over 3.5 million consultants worldwide and with an annual sales of 1.5 billion euros. Oriflame's popularity is mainly in European countries where it started but they are exponentially growing in Asia and Latin Americas. Although they don't operate here in the Philippines for now, they are too big and hugely growing to be ignored. It will not be long for this hype to sweep over here.

Their compensation plan is not disclosed in public and can only be acquired by talking to one of their consultants. Not only that, there have been a lot of complaints in Oriflame India that some terms and conditions are deceitfully undisclosed. Specially on the part where you have to meet a required quota or else you need to pay a penalty. A lot of them felt they have been cheated by the company.

With Oriflame's niche and size it would be comparable to Mary Kay, but in an unbiased review wise, they are totally different. If you google the word "Oriflame" or even "Oriflame Scam", most of the reviews on the first page result are one sided, that is only promoting Oriflame or just made to support the advertising of their own marketing products like the one by Kelvin Augusta.
(see: http://www.winwithkelvinaugusta.com/tag/oriflame-scam/)

Since Oriflame is very good or shall we say can afford to hide their dirty tracks from public. Just read reviews from the similar company like Mary Kay. Then you can have a close similar picture of Oriflame.  (see: www.pinktruth.com )

  3. It is a fraud company giving almost 50% to middlemen( directors, senior directors diamond directors etc) The end user pays this amount to outdated or near expiry products. If we take into account the company profit the final user pays Rs100 for Rs 20 worth product. The above mentioned middlemen enjoy trips to famous locations in the world

  4. In today's date with so many online buying options, it doesn't make sense to pay 50% to middle-men. If the company is really thinking of making it big, spend it on ads and online model.

  5. Mr. Anonymous first of all tell me your level at Oriflame, you are talking about Oriflame you must have been spent years in Oriflame, that's why you are talking behind it. Secondly you are talking about manager director etc, and saying that they enjoy trips.. Lol who they are, they are not born with titles, they were the same as new member or new joiner, they simply followed the success ladder, and now they are the leaders.. That's why enjoyi g trips.. Because of their hard working team. If their team wirks hard they will definitely can enjoy such international trips.. I my self joined oriflame in 2013, when i was in matric i was at zero %, but since when i spreaded my team, now i became a senior manager, and soon will be director, and in last, you talked about ads and advertisements, lol if they will advertise their products, thier will be a huge amount of replica products in the markets, as other brands, so its not a need to advertise thier brand, sorry one more last point, nearly expired products always come in 70% off bcz of thier expiry and weather changes...

  8. Please BEWARE of SCAM FRAUD by Economic Frauds Detection & Prevention Inc.

    Economic Frauds Scam - https://economicfrauds.net

Around May 23, this year my office received a call from a representative (he refused to mention his name) from Economic Frauds Detection & Prevention Inc. telling us that someone had filed a damaging complaint against our company, although he would give no further details, and we have no knowledge of any such complaint. During the conversation, he suggested that we should make a payment of $650 and in return that they will not make the complaint public as it would damage our reputation. We told him that we would think about it, because it is a corporate matter, and we don't have the discretion to make payments for reasons like this without approval from our bosses. Up until this week, they have been calling us about it continuously. They even threatened to make our company famous with the information that they have by exaggerating the complaint and posting it publicly on their site and all over the internet. They even gave us their site name, which is https://economicfrauds.net, and asked us to check for ourselves what had happened to other companies that refused to settle with them in the past.
