xtreme fuel treatment scam or not

This MLM company is a newcomer in the Philippines and I think this originated in the U.S.
Syntek Global utilizes fuel additives as its main product, its called Xtreme fuel treatment. It claims to prolong life of your engine, increase fuel economy and reduce harmful emission. Whether this product really works I do not know.

Gasoline is one of economy's lifeline. Is this the answer to the problem of increasing petrol prices or is this just another mlm scam?

share your thoughts in the comments..

  1. if their product so called Xtremefuel treatment is so good why haven't I heard of it or was it featured in the news. This breakthrough claims if true should have a viral effect and must be very famous by now and is promoted by the government..

The signs are clear.. Xtremefuel treatment is a scam..

    1. I bet there are hundreds of MLM products on the market that you haven't heard off. MLM is how the product is marketed. Word of mouth my friend. Obviously you don't get much of that.

    2. Also governments try shut down on this sort of thing. Do u know how much they coin off fuel tax. Now think if u payed less for petrol

  2. The product is so expensive, I really dont think you can save money. Its better to use the money to buy more Gasoline than to pay for this expensive additive

    1. Well, you can use the money to buy more gasoline. But do not expect your engine to run smoothly and have a prolonged life... You will end up paying even more for engine repairs and contribute with harmful emissions man made machines emit.

  3. Hi! Syntek Global is using the Network Marketing business model or word of mouth advertising as its means of distribution. You will not hear it on the news or tv commercials because instead paying the TV Network, Syntek Global will pay you by promoting its product and business opportunity.

  4. Let's Do The Math Here.

10ml of Xtreme Fuel Treatment(XFT) can treat 100 Liters of Gasoline or Diesel

    Amount of XFT Liters Cost(php)
    10ml 100 300
    1ml 10 30
    .1ml 1 3

Note: 3pesos per Liter is not expensive.

    Average Fuel Cost 50php/Liter

    Liter X Cost 100L x 50 = 5,000
10% conservative saving with xft /10
    You save 500
    + reduce emission
    + increase horse power
    + increase life of engine

    So 3pesos/liter is not expensive.

  5. I can not find syntek global in the directory of DSAP,
its our only way to be sure that this is not Pyramiding..
    Do you have legal papers?
I found other fuel additives out there why are they so much cheaper than XFT??
I have a bad feeling about increased mileage and other benefits claims. Is this recognized and approved by the government??

  8. I used to fill my tank every week. Now I fill only twice a month. I invested $12 a month and in return I saved $100 per tank, saving hereby $200 a month. I can use the money to go to the supermaket.
I am super happy with this product.

  9. Bunch of anonymous people with ZERO credibility telling you it works then giving you their contact info which means they work for the company aka a distributor. So, you really gonna believe the biased "guarantee" they are giving you? If it sounds like a scam, if it feels like a scam, chances are, it is a scam!

    1. You have got to be the dumbest person on earh. Why don't you tell us your experience with the product? MLM has been around for years and will continue for years. If you don't like MLM, thats ok, but, don't lead people to believe that the product does not work if you haven't used it.

  10. dammit im an anonymous but i will try it, just to see for my self 20 bucks wont hurt my pocket

  11. Come on people, how about an actual review. Saying that you get 30 more miles per tank, or only fill up half as much is not a review, it is heresay. How about telling us what your actual MPG is BEFORE and AFTER using this product? Miles per tank are affected by when you fill the tank. Filling half as often is affected by driving half as much.

  13. Okay, I also heard a lot about this product and heard all the usual "amazing results" and whatever from other people but wanted my own opinion.

I drive a lot for work so decided to use this as a test. I did the 187 mile journey I have to do every week or so and got 37.8MPG in my VW Golf. A week later I used the product (got a free sample from a friend) on the exact same 187 mile trip. I saw a small increase and got 40.7MPG, This is no outstanding proof, I've achieved this MPG in my car before but I was intrigued so carried on using it. Within 3 more weeks I did that same trip 2 more times (4 in total now) and was up to 47.7 MPG which is massive for me, I never got that result before this.

I am now coming up to my second month of use and my second week as a distributor. I am getting 51 MPG on average on motorways now and am so happy. I am still on the first bottle of the stuff so I haven't actually paid for one.

    - It is worth mentioning on my test that I always used the SAME trip, the 187 miles was one way and I used this in my calculations. The return journey saw the near enough the same mpg but for control purposes I used the same roads each time.

I will leave you to your own opinion, but it works for me, I'm saving money so I am happy. Each month you get the product, if you never sell it or grow your network you still have the product and if it works (i always suggest trying it first, you can get money back) then you'll save money on your fuel.

Email me if you want any more info, I'm not pushy at all, I'm quite nervous with new people so am not a natural sales person, but everyone I've met says it works for them so I don't need to 'sell' it (excuse the cliche) sells itself.

xftwales@gmail.com (first one in Wales! but am all over the place)

    Cheers!

  14. I used to be a distributor. After months of testing on my own, ripping my friends and family off by telling them to try it and that it works. I saw no gains in horsepower or mpg. Total scam.

  15. I have was an xft distributor and really believed in the product and after using it for 8 months I did not see and significant savings. I have spend thousands of rands buying the product and spend hours introducing people to the business opportunity with no return on my investment. When you question the company why you are not achieving the wonderful results they claim to have they get defensive and derogatory. You are not dosing correctly etc

  16. This is a scam. Tried a bottle with little fuel gain, and yes, kept a miles log and went same and similar routes. Never signed up for an autoship but was by the company. They refused to refund so had to dispute with credit card. They refunded only for product but says its their policy to NEVER refund any Taxes back to consumers nor shipping. Even if you never signed any document to agree to any policies or agreed to get a monthly shipment. No help with customer service and the individual who sold it doesn't return calls anymore. They charge $65 US dollars for a 4oz bottle in my area. Any miles did not equal this expense. The individual who sells it says you must use for at least 3 months to really have savings like the Mining company they touted.

  17. Hello to the Anonymous family, I didn't know your family was so big. If you don't have the balls to put your name to your words than you have no credibility. MAN UP OR SHUT UP!!! I am not a distributor but I will be trying the product for the recommended 6 tanks full and if it works I may become a distributor. Either way I'll post my results. I currently drive a 07 Cadillac SRX V6 AWD 58 miles round trip to work 5 days a week . My off day miles are probably double and I avg 16.3 MPG

  18. Phillp, thanks for your honest opnion about the business part of it. They ask me became a distrbutor, and clame I may even get $50,000 a month in return if I get my network is grow. Which I was not sure is how can I control my return if they don't send me my commission. Thanks to you Phillp my worry is confirmed it may be scam as a bussness part of it. I think they want you to sell their product, for no return. I need more information from distributor like Phillp, please share your experience to save us pain. This product or the Network saling business is new in my area. I want to know before I spent my hard urned money and my network who is going to trust me. I really appreciate anyone who share their experience the bussiness part of it.

  19. As an experienced and committed networker and enthusiastic do-it-yourselfer, I was very interested in the claims made by Syntek and their distributors but cautious about trying the product in my car.

My reservations about safety for my engine were laid to rest by a report from Wearcheck, an independent testing lab.

I then tested the product, comparing fuel consumption figures for open-road mileage before, during and after. The results were disappointing to say the least. My "before" figures were average 7,5 litres per 100 kms. During the test, which was done after using up two tanks and a bit more on double dosage as recommended, I logged 7,9 litres per 100 kms. A follow-up test on one more tank gave 7,4 litres per 100 kms.

My conclusion was that, even taking unknown variables into account, the additional cost of Syntek is not justified in my vehicle, which is a 1997 Mercedes-Benz C200 manual.

I might add that I have been using outboard oil in a 1:1 000 to 1:1 500 mix as an additive for some years. This product has features that prevent carbon build-up and cleans carbon deposits, in addition it provides slight extra lubrication for the valves and cylinder bores and an oily deposit in the exhaust system which inhibits corrosion. Perhaps it is a cheaper option than Syntek?

  20. Hi Guy

Just got back from work a few hours ago. A work college asked me if I was interested in making a few extra bucks by selling this new product. She said I have a very sweet mouth and can sell just about anything. First thing I did today when I got home was click on the link she gave me and viewed how wonderful this product is. I then was interested to find out how this product works. I then Google searched some more and was happy. Now I searched for and complaints or problems this product might have and found myself reading all you guys comments. I must say. I really did want to make a extra honest buck. I have never tried this product before and was going to. After seeing all of your comments. I can't thank you guys so much for saving us from this. Thanks guys

  21. I am an ASE Certified automotive mechanic. I also teach automotive in Baltimore, MD. There's no need for me to hide, I'm TonyJones. I have lab tested this product after receiving it from one of the staff whose vehicle we service. After testing it, I cangive you some pros and cons: Pros- works well on vehicles over 60k miles, works BEST on high mileage vehicles, CAN BE use as an octane booster (mix with 87 octane gas, it'll perform to 93 octane without any problem or eng light), will turn off some check engine lights if code P420 is stored, can be mixed with home heating oil to stretch it use, prevents old fuel from "sweating out", will not corrode or ruin catalytic converters including converters that use rhodium
Cons: does not show any noticeable change in newer vehicles, cannot mix with other treatments as it may cause fuel to gel at lower temps, can be messy if you're not use to adding the packet to your fuel

  22. i have tested the product, i found that it works better in diesel engines but a little or no effect on gasoline engines.

  23. Hi everyone,

Let me share my experience with XFT and Syntek Global (Who have recently changed the company name to LiveElite.) ???
Be that as it may, I was groped into this with the promise of team work and sales.
As I am already a salesman I thought this would be easy! They also promised it would be easy.
I received no help from team leaders once I signed up nor did the sales come in! I only managed to sign up 3 people in 6 months with difficulty. I put lots of time and effort into this and got nothing back! Now my whole team has collapsed. I had countless meetings with corporates who used the product but then discontinued. The product itself is very difficult to sell as people aren't interested and many are not willing to take the effort to use the product regularly. Bottom line - My belief is that Syntek Global or now known as LiveElite, hire staff to act flashy and pretend to be making loads of money, yet they make money from selling to people who pay the joining fee to become distributors themselves. Even my team leader who had signed a few corporates and had around 15 distributors below her downline has since left the company. I can confirm to you that if she was making money she would not have left!! Nor would I have left.

My advise to you would be NOT to join this company.
Since leaving Syntek I have not looked back. Also wasted many hours!

  27. I recently learnt something new from these network marketing biz.
    1) when u come on board join a team i mean the main team the organizers, if you are not part of them then u r wasting your time.
    2) these team leaders set a meeting by advertising on d radio with little cash, rent a hall and then do some little printed documents and then advertise. they may spend less than a 100,000 doing this and then they charge each participant a gate fee of 1500-3000 per person.
    3) simple calculation 3000×100 person = 300000. this cash will be shared among themselves..then lets assume in a month 30 of those guest register so with what ever amount they spend they share new customers among them self...this could give an average smart guy who joins d team at least 5 people everymonth if they conduct 1 meeting a month.
    4) YOU SEE guys this applies to all network marketing biz its only bccos i have learnt from my mistake that is y i can now see through their lies....out of every 100 person joining its only 10 that may successd the rest are just pawns our loss their gains. as for me now that i know d secret when am ready il go back through that means all i need to do is to contribute cash to their annuaul meeting and i get payed once insted of you walking for ours trying to convince peole total wast of time.
    5) and the product imhardly works if syntek works no one will reject it or say bad things abt it. the guys saying good things r doing so bcos they where lucky what abt us. you think we did not do the right thing before. are you tryung to say you guys dont know ppl who did it right but failed or have left. @
