Top list of recruiting scheme companies claiming to be legitimate direct selling, networking or MLM in the Philippines

These recruiting schemes are now budding everywhere in the Philippines. That is why I decided to do my part in uprooting this very bad weed in our society. I hope to create an awareness to my fellow Filipino people about this scheme.

Let me discuss clearly and in a very simple way I can what is direct selling, networking or MLM and a recruiting scheme. These terms are often used or mixed up by the bad guys to hide the illegal scheme that they set for you.
Direct Selling is simply a person to person selling, full stop. So it does not only cover those dealers in a MLM company who sells their product directly to the buyer without a physical store. It also can be a "taho" or "ballot" vendor or a person selling his old stuff in ebay or sulit. Therefore MLM or networking is only a kind of direct selling not the same with it.
Multi Level Marketing or Networking is simply a model of distribution. Not just of money or cashflow but rather of the product and services that gives value to money. The people on this legal business model earn mainly by selling. Not just selling any product but quality products that have fair market value.

Recruiting scheme on the other hand has no product or if they have, it is overpriced and people do not really need or want them. They earn mainly by recruiting, adding heads or downlines below them. By the time you were invited by one of their meetings or seminars they will talk about recruiting people rather than about the product. They will ask you for your dreams in life and promise you the riches in a short time through their scheme. They will excite your desire for money and luxurious lifestyle by showing off their cheques, expensive cars and properties. The whole workings on a recruiting scheme company are plagued with lies and deception. The reality is, only the owner and very few people on top of the pyramid makes money. This model is highly unstable and is actually illegal. Unfortunately here in the Philippines, bureaucracy reigns, and as a result, laws applicable on these ponzi schemes are dulled.

But it does not mean we tolerate it, It does not mean we can not do anything, It does not mean we allow it to flourish. It does not mean we do not fight back!

  3. Hi teddybear69, I have seen that you have done your homework about USANA Health Sciences as seen below:
    http://scamornotdebate.blogspot.com/2012/09/usana-health-sciences-scam-or-not.html
and yet you have not given any comments.

If your claim is TRUE that USANA is indeed a "Recruiting Scheme", then:
-it could not have been founded by a world-renowned PhD Immunologist and Microbiologist who is an expert in growing and culturing live human cancer cells in a laboratory for 36 years and coverted it to normal cell through proper supplementation
-it could not have been founded by a recipient of Albert Einstein Award for Outstanding Achievement in Life Sciences for his contributions in preservation of life through finding long term solutions on chronic degenerative diseases (stroke, diabetes, cancer, etc.)
-it could not have been existed for 21 years in 19 countries
-it could not have been followed the 8-point Direct Selling guidelines as described below:
    http://businessdiary.com.ph/2679/top-direct-selling-companies-in-the-philippines/
-it could not have been listed in the New York Stock Exchange (#1 Stock Market in the world) --> even the #1 corporation in the Philippines, SM Group of companies, is not listed here due to strict financial requirements and overall growth in revenue per year
-it could not have been located in one of the most expensive office space in the Philippines (~Php1M to Php1.5M rent/month)
-it could not have been listed in books used by doctors and health professionals in prescribing medicines to their patients (PDR, PPD, MIMS)
-it could not have been certified by FDA as "Drug Registered Home Remedy" and thus the "NO APPROVED THERAPEUTIC CLAIMS" warning to some of their products is NOT PRESENT, as opposed to ALMOST ALL of the nutritional/herbal supplements available in the local market
-it could not have been certified by international 3rd party testing bodies such as NSF, ConsumerLab.com, US Pharmacopiea, etc. as clinically safe, effective, and potent for nutritional supplementation
-it could not have been certified SAFE for USE by professional and Olympic athletes since it offers a $1M guarantee to those athletes taking in their products once they have been randomly tested POSITIVE for banned substances as defined by World Anti-doping Agency
-it could not have been Manufactured In-house from a state-of-the-art facility in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA, than voluntarily adheres to Pharmaceutical Grade (not Food Grade) Good Manufacturing Practices (not 3rd party Manufactured) to be able to maintain the highest form of quality standards for nutritional supplements (products are checked and tested every 15 minutes)
-it could not have been posted a record-breaking Php2B worth of gross product sales last 2012

In short, if there is a "recruiting scheme" happening, it is the unethical means by "certain" distributors for their own profit, but not by the company itself. But the bottom line is, USANA has been existing and posting great sales due to their high-quality products.

I have known a lot of people, including me and my family, who have trusted (due to a lot of clinical studies and medical background) and benefited from the high-quality products of USANA. And I'm very blessed and thankful that we have known such company that gave us the hope and opportunity to love life more by living it to the fullest in happiness and health. :)

    1. Thank you for sharing great details and information about USANA.. However, what I care about is to answer the question "Is it a recruiting scheme or not?"
No matter how many awards, popular people and money USANA have, It does not make sense to me..
I am interested in how it works and operate.

I dont have all the answers to that questions and Im not an expert journalist or investigator. Im just an ordinary netizen who is concerned on all these schemes plaguing our country
that is why I encourage the public share their thoughts through comments. I need everybody's help to enlighten everyone, especially to those who tried it whether they succeed or failed.

I will delete USANA on the list if you can explain to the people that it is not a recruiting scheme.
And please dont answer with awards it has and the popularity of it.

Tell us whether it mainly makes money from selling or recruiting?

If recruiting stops will dealers still make decent income?

How much is the average income of ALL its members?

Do they invite people with complete honesty or with lies and deception?

    2. Hi teddybear69, thank you for having an open mind on the details that I have mentioned above. This is just to give you just an overview that USANA as a company has a high credibility in the field of Nutritional Science and it has a legitimate high-quality nutritional products.

Let me answer your questions above according to my full capacity as well.
1)Tell us whether it mainly makes money from selling or recruiting?
-It makes money by making a sale to a certain client from its products. It also gives the client the opportunity to avail a company discount in the event that he/she decides to buy in bulk orders/package(similar to wholesale) for his personal and family needs and at the same time, he/she has the option to start it as his/her own business since USANA is following a Direct Selling Multi-level Marketing Business Model. What I understand from "recruitment scheme" aside from the things you have mentioned in your blog is that once the client decides to get a package, the sponsor gets a "referral fee" for "recruiting/sponsoring" the client to join and buy a package. In USANA, the sponsor does not get any "referral fee" from the client nor does it get any outright commission from the package that the client bought directly from the company.
2)If recruiting stops will dealers still make decent income?
-Yes, through making a sale on the products at the suggested retail price. And the products as I have said, belongs to health and wellness industry which is the next big trend right now. The difference in the SRP and the company price is the Mark-up or Profit of the dealers. To give you an idea how competetive the price of USANA products, its flagship product only costs Php0.66/per nutrient SRP.
3)How much is the average income of ALL its members?
-To tell you honestly, I have no idea about the exact amount. I think only the company knows this since they keep track on the financial records/sales of each distributor, just like an accounting and finance department of any legitimate company here. What I can assure you is that the average income DEPENDS on the EFFORT of each distributor in closing a sale, just like in any company related to sales.
More EFFORT --> More LEVERAGE --> More SALES --> More INCOME
      Less/No EFFORT --> Less/No LEVERAGE --> Less/No SALES --> Less/No INCOME
In order to become more EFFECTIVE in translating the amount of EFFORT that has been done by a distributor to SALES and INCOME, TRAININGS (both Free and Paid) are being provided by the company and the team the distributor belongs to.
4)Do they invite people with complete honesty or with lies and deception?
-This issue heavily relies on the character of a particular distributor, but not of USANA. The character of each distributor is mainly influenced by the culture/methodology/techniques of the team he/she belongs. As the saying goes, "The character of the fruit depends on the roots".
Therefore, USANA does not tolerate any kind of lies and deception practices as it greatly affects the company brand and reputation. USANA has its own Compliance Department that monitors and gives sanctions to any distributor that has violated the company's Policy and Procedures once he/she is proven guilty.

I hope I have answered your questions clear enough and provided you a brief information about USANA. If you're interested to know more and at the same time, keeping your "open-mind" attitude, I can share to you personally our USANA experience. Here is my contact details:

  5. To teddybear69,

I understand that you want to post your side and thought about NETWORKING/MLM. I am not into any MLM Companies. Maganda na sana po kaso BIAS naman. You are stating all the negative sides. Put the negative side and at the same time the positive side. Because I BELIEVE that if theres negative, theres POSITIVE. Marami kasing nagkakainteresado sa MLM but once nabrowse nila to, nawawala na kasi ang mababasa nila puro masama. Once you are a BLOGGER, para kang REPORTER sa MEDIA. Also you call this as PEOPLES REVIEW eh ikaw lang naman nagrereview at nagsusulat nito eh. Sana ginawa mo nalang FORUM ito. This is not PEOPLES REVIEW, ITS YOURS. Study what is MLM first. I browsed most of ur posts and its all negativity.

    Just concerned po. Thanks.

Peoples review means everybody's review and ofcourse I have to state my own view.. Equal opportunity for everybody to express themselves.. like what you said, make it a forum.. thats why I don't selectively delete comments.. positive or negative, its all published for everyone..

  7. @Teddybear, FYI these companies are legitimate as per their legal and registration papers is concern... and I also believe that it would be stupid for them to claim they are legitimate if they are already legal operating.

As to what i see, I think you are more concern about their UNETHICAL business practices of Recruitment. Understand that Recruitment is a great way to expand business. How people expand their business is their challenge NOT yours.

May I ask you, what do you see wrong with recruitment? Are you disturbed or intrigued by their recruitment practices or just simply drawing an argument to generate comments to your blog site...

I am also an MLM distributor and the company I represent is NOT listed in your list of companies claiming to be legitimate Direct Selling companies. Me and my partners are doing well despite of the negative impression of the public against MLM.

No offence, but I think you should re-phrase your topic into something more intelligent...

    1. I do not believe in legality through papers because it can be faked, exploited and it can be bought nowadays, I believe in actuality..

I look into HOW they operate and make money not their awards and papers..

I look into HOW they recruit not recruiting in general and justify there is nothing wrong with it, its just business..

Public companies are everybody's business, otherwise keep it private and recruit your own people..
how they get the public in is everybody's concern.. I will not just stand here and see others being deceived.. The only way evil will prosper is for good men to do nothing.. so I do apologize for debunking the fraud of your trade.. Im just doing my little part for the greater good..

No offense, but I believe its the most intelligent and right thing to do..

  9. This might be a result of ignorance., To the author of this blog, I am not against you personally, I respect your opinion but please try to read books of expert and successful people who started from scratch to understand more about leverage business, R. Kiyosaki, J.P.Getty, Big Al, N. Hill, etc. MLM gives a chance to people to leverage and promote products, sa lahat nmn ng aspect at business merong recruitments, diba sa employment meron din, yun ang totoong scam, they use your unimaginable skills, time, and effort pra yumaman si boss. At the end of the day, fix lng ang ntatanggap mo.

MLM gives opportunities to people to reach their own dreams and enjoy it in the shortest possible time. Yes a bunch of what you earn came from recruitments, pero kung sino ang decided and passionate na seryosohin yung system yun ang tumatagal at nagiging successful sa MLM.

Kya nga opportunity eh haha Edi sana sinabing PROMISE PRESENTATION, anung point, sa huli nsa tao pa din kung gusto niya talaga maging successful sa ganitong business. Company, products and compensation plan can be excellent pero kung hindi mo gagawing right person yung sarili mo, balewala din. Right attitude and skills attracts right people and leaders.

"If you want to have the result you want, you must be in the right vehicle and be consistent on doing it"
The whole workings on a recruiting scheme company are plagued with lies and deception." )- what you said
Actually it's not lies or deception, it is called VISION. Results and achievements start from visioning and right motivation. Kahit sinong successful n tao ang tanungin mo, vision ang tawag jn. Kya naeexcite yung mga kausap namin kasi we give them HOPE and VISION, they are not promises :)
But just imagine how hard it can be to pioneer on something big? RESPECT for those people. You can't judge, you don't know what they've experienced along the way :)
Eye opener po ito sa mga tao na negative sa MLM, maybe you are wrong or right. But at the end of the day, results and facts speak for itself. Do the count and be proud kung lagpas 300 na yan :) Yes, I am very very proud that the company i belong already produced almost 800 millionaires from scratch in just 7 1/2 years.
Numbers speak for itself, to God be the Glory!

Thank you sa time kung tinapos mo yung npakahaba kong reply sa post ng blogger :D
Syempre I'd like to take this opportunity to give chance for others to know more of our company. If you are interested, add me on facebook : www.facebook.com/thisjplusg . and when they are in guess what? yun din gagawin nila.. selling vision, hope and dreams..

So I apologize, I have to say THAT IS JUST SO WRONG...

  13. Hello! I earn money by having downlines AND BY SELLING AS WELL.

The business was explained very well and explicitly before he/she joined. Ako po, I do both. Nagbebenta po ako sa mga kakilala ko. Madalas din ako sa office, I observe sa seminars so I learn then sometimes nagdadala ako ng friends. :)

But that's fine. Kasi kung gusto talaga ng tao, he/she would want to hear more about this. But if the person would really want to hear more despite all of those ANONYMOUS people trying to pull the company down, then maybe he/she is really capable of entering this kind of business. And I, Nia, am more than willing to show more of what's in this business for you.

At least binibigyan tayo lahat ng chance to speak out. Thank you, blogger! Keep your cool wag mainit ulo :) Haha! Go Frontrow! :)

I hate to say this pero totally nakakainis yung mga pinoy na may POOR MINDSET.

  15. LOL networking is nothing but a scam. Tama na kayo. You earn money by recruiting. Helping by making them spend money?

But when I checked my online account wala man lang recorded transaction kahit yun mga kakabili ko lang walang points. Then wala naman binigay saken scratch card or something. Napaka unfriendly pa now nun upline ko kasi wala recruit pa.

  17. Alam kong maraming tao ang gustong sumali sa Network Marketing/MLM Businesses, in fact kaya marami ding viewers ang blog na ito dahil they do research about the company before they join which is great.

    Do your research here:
    http://www.entrepreneur.com/article/35744

Which is meron tayong lahat. But freedom of speech is not absolute.
Kung may problema kayo sa network marketing you should NOT include all company members and top earners dahil una paano kung kayo ang napatunayan na mali?

And people should know the difference about the word "scheme" and "scam", "recruiting", "networking" and "marketing".

Marami dito ang nag-cocomplain about sa network marketing nila na hindi nag-work or wala silang kinita dahil siguro wala silang "skills" or hindi sila naturuan ng upline nila. Pero ok lang yan, you can still acquire skills na kailangan mo para magwork yung business mo, pero yung iba kasi akala na scam sila dahil pabaya yung upline nila.
I feel you people, paying for the investment, get the products and no marketing skills at all.

Ang gusto ko lang iparating ay sana we get educated about this.
We should know the facts and the myths of network marketing.

    Have a nice day everyone!

Now be honest sa sarili mo if your company is earning money thru recruitment no matter how they explained it, ay isa ka sa mga lumalapastangan sa industriyang ito.

  20. The topic posted is very informative. Sabi nya kunin ko daw yung iba at idispose ko tapos after 1 week tignan nya daw progress kc follow up nya daw ako. Salamat

  21. hindi naman ang company ang masama kundi yung mga gahaman na networker. makikita mo naman sino ang professional sa hindi. inalok ako ng kamaganak ko sa uno.. una palang di na ok kasi di ako naniniwala sa product.. last year i joined royale.. wala ako pang pay in.. di nila ako pinilit kahit minsan..pero interesado ako dahil maganda at madaling ibenta ang produkto. what i did nag pamember lang ako pero di ako bumili ng package. for 300 pesos member na ko..i can now buy products with discount and sell them.. ganun lang ako till now.. repeat orders..at first kala ko napipilitan lang sila bumili, pero time came na sila pa nangungulit na nasaan na ang order nila.. with downpayment pa yun ha. now i have my physical store at home.. puro royale products..people go to me sometimes i shipped to them. people from royale said sayang magpackage kna.. told them im not ready yet, but i will someday. so many times i already earned the money para magpay in pero di pa din ako bumili ng package.. why?? because ginagamit ko ang income ko to send myself to graduate school. im an MBA student surrounded with so many intelligent people. pati classmates ko customer ko sa royale.. two of my most brilliant classmates ask me to join na.. then after they will join to me daw. i was so shock because never ko sila inaya to join.. i just told them that i will someday..( ayoko kasi mgahard sell at hard recruit) thats the time i believe sa royale.. not only sa products but sa system na talaga. this is not for everybody talaga..not everyone will understand.. not everyone is willing to learn..im preparing myself pa to the day that i will officially join royale.. because im in the end part of my studies and doing my thesis (magastos!!) but thanks to the earnings i get from royale.. i never worry about money..was able to pay my tuition on time..wala akong kotse pero proud ako sa MBA degree ko..

  22. There is nothing wrong with recruitment. AVON works well in selling good products and recruiting representative and soon become a distributor( with a store). I guess the problem is the person or upline who invited the new recruits. They should work together as a team to expand the business and enjoy the benefits from the products they sell. Ive heard alot of negativity with networking. You better know the company and its products first. If the product is no good to you then dont get it. If the upline is too pushy to get you then move on, better have someone who will really assist you with everything and not just leave you. We should be wise with our decision and should be 100% sure of it. If you got scared to risk then up to you. But all i can say, everything in life is risky (even crossing the road). The best thing to make sure you are not being scammed by a representative then try to record the first conversation. We have our own opinion with it. But we have to give our fair views to those people who are still looking for an answer.

Dapat may research kayo about the marketing plan and products of each companies na nilagay nyo sa list and air tight proof, otherwise naninira po ang labas nyo. Yes, this is your opinion you have the right to say that but to post it assuming you are correct on your argument, without any disclaimer or what, lalo pat di naman kayo naging member of any of the above companies you put on the list LIBELOUS in nature po ang ginagawa nyo. Sana po i reconsider nyo tong Blog nyo dahil mismong gobyerno naten sinabing legal ang Networking..........Republic Act No. 7394 or the Consumer Act of the Philippines declares Multilevel Marketing (NETWORKING) as an accepted and legal way of marketing.

NETWORK MARKETING IS A SYSTEM OF MOVING PRODUCTS FROM THE FACTORY TO CONSUMERS THRU USERS,RETAILERS AND NETWORK BUILDERS...............

Pustahan tayo eh yung mga nanggagalaiti diyan eh mga Royalista and UNOista.Bias daw ang article. Sus. I am not going to hesitate to refer to the puddle of shit into which my college classmate plunged himself. For discretion's sake let us call him "A". Of course he immediately adapted a habit of proclaiming how amazing Ro---... oops---the company was, as if his world revolved around it, which probably was perhaps the SAD case. Todo kayod si A. "Business meeting kaliwa't kanan, only to be later revealed that all of it was a recruitment venture. This set-up went on for weeks until he eventually was forced to quit his job in order to be a full-time recruiter. I used the word "recruiter" because he has made no effort to conceal it. I can easily count the number of times he promoted their so-called products. Ngayon puro recruit nalang inaatupag. From what I can gather, he usually leaves the house in the morning and would arrive around 9pm or later at home. This is his daily schedule. To his credit he makes it a point to slam it to everyone's face that he is, in fact, enjoying this. He does admit to being tired most of the time but the fulfillment he feels upon managing to "enlighten" his prospects is enough payment daw. According to him, madami na daw siya natulungan na tao na maabot ang mga pangarap nila sa buhay.

HINDI ganyang buhay ang pinangarap ko. People can only endure hardship for so long until they walk away, devastated from the lack of results. My being able to earn a decent living by working eight hours a day and relaxing over the weekend keeps me sane. As I see it, with the way you are drilling yourself to earn your income, you ought to be a millionaire right now.

A, may tanong ako sayo. Yung huling travel mo last year pa, at duon lang sa BICOL. Saan mo tinreat yung GF mo nung birthday mo? Shakeys. Eh diba yung 1-carat na diyamante na usually naghahalagang 120KPhp eh kaya mong kitain in less than a month?

    Abangan ang susunod na kabanata

  26. The story of "A": Part 2

My former classmate A has this propensity of belittling employees. People like us, he claims, has zero chances of becoming millionaires. He has this ignorant impression that each and every one of us infallibly dreams of becoming a millionaire. Sa akin palang mali na siya. Pangarap ko lang eh kumita ng maayos at makapag travel around the world. So A has been implying he can make people's dream come true should they join him. In other words, he is inviting us to be his DOWNLINE. Kapag ako ba naging downline mo at if I follow his footsteps mabilis na ako makakapunta sa Englad and Scotland? A, nasubukan mo na ba mag apply ng tourist visa na Schengen or US (b-1)? Sisiyasatin niyan ang buong buhay mo. Iimbestigahan ka and the consuls will make sure you have a SUSTAINABLE source of income. Ano mangyayari pag nadiskubre nila na I make my profit through the loss of others? Pag sinabi mo na independent earner ka or entrepreneur ka hihingin ka ng business permit, company address, complete with your ITR and other credentials. Sa tingin mo ba pag sinabi ko sa consul na Networker ako and that I sell Gluthatione in the side magmumuka ba ako ka-respe-respeto? Tapos wala ako mappresenta kahit man lang ITR. Ikaw ba A nahuhlugan mo yung SSS, Pag-ibig at Philhealth mo? May alternative Healthcard ka man lang ba? Sa linyang yan, pano mo ko matutulungan?

A, mataas pinag aralan naten. Mga professionals tayo na may PRC licenses. All around us our classmates are taking a tour sa US, Canada, Europe at buong Asia.

Kung gagamitin man namen personal vehicles namin may gas allowance kami na minimum 800 no matter how near the destination is. Did you for once imagine yourself and how you look like whenever you set out to recruit people? Kung hindi ka man lang naka Tag Heuer na relo where would your recruits find your credibility as an affluent business person? Yung paychecks nila every payday never nila pinicturan at pinost for the public to see. That's because that kind of CHEAP act is below them.

SO tanong ko sayo, A, asan na ang mga kinita mo sa loob ng dalawang taon na kayod mo?

  27. For me all the schemes are included in the business marketing plan on how each will earn money but the income depends if each will apply what they have learned... pag sumali ka sa gantong business dapat kumikilos kadin kala kasi ng iba porket mag bigay ka ng investment gagalaw na yun ng kusa kaya yun downlines nagkakaloko loko tas sisisihin yun upline bat walang nangyare... regarding recruitment i think they should impart the ways of success & continue helping each other pag member na hindi yun nakasali na papabayaan nalang na para bang bahala ka sa buhay mo dun pumapasok yun scam stereotype pero syempre dapat balance talaga you should encourage people with potential di lang yun recruit ng recruit!

I'm really curious about this subject. I recently found out that Bo Sanchez (Truly Rich Club/TRC) supports and promotes USANA and ROYALE and IMG. I wonder why? Some people say that TRC itself is a scam. teddybear69, are you also familiar with TRC and IMG? What's your opinion on them?

    1. Hello hehe its business as usual syempre.it is probably 3 things altogether.1. Free advertisement to people.all networkers mention bo sanchez' truly rich club, his books and his internet ebook business. not sure if they even know this guy or whats this guy's business.because if they do it will be puzzling for them why would they buy a car with their first million much more a ferrari when bo sanchez is promoting about personal finance and investing the money in stocks, mutual funds, bonds,or insurance is what he teaches.2. he wants the member of mlm companies to join the truly rich club.as ive said MLM members donot understand anything about personal finance.they just want to earn money through people.they donot know anything about money making money.or much more how to keep that money for generations to come.and MLM members dont know anything about insurance.they rely on the accident insurance the networking company provide them.they dont know that life insurance is different from accident insurance.that if they die because of bangungot they will get nothing if all they have is accident insurance.from here it is clear to you what is the role of LMG.LMG if i am not mistaken is an insurance agency not an insurance company.they offer you insurance from philam and axa.and other companies that offer non life insurance.lMG is just your agent...and bo sanchez is probably an executive or a board there as what my friend told me.and 3.bo probably has his own networking business goin on.by saying that you can earn 20% by selling his ebook and 5% commision when one of your downline sold a book.downline is familiar as you can see.and the referral thingy.networkers and MLM companies is a sound market strategy for bo.but why not big mlm companies.like amway, herbalife, avon etc?my guess is that hindi sya inoferan at hindi na nila kailangan si bo para sa promotion ng company nila..and hindi sila masyadong naglalabas ng sasakyan at pera.pano nlng ang personal finance business ni bo nyan...well this is an opinion.hahaha

  31. To the author of the blog,

MARKETING IN THIS WORLD WE LIVE ARE RENDERED BY COMPANIES (i.e. people) WITH BOTH TRUTHFUL & DECEPTIVE APPROACHES.

We can't deny the fact that MARKETING is a way of life.

Word of mouth marketing or word of mouth advertising is expected to be prone to be rendered in abusive manners.

It is not MLM or Network Marketing in itself that is the problem in any business. IT IS THE PEOPLE WHO DO THE BUSINESS THAT IS A POTENTIAL PROBLEM AND HAD BEEN THE MAJOR PROBLEM. Unscrupulous class of people are out there and they can misrepresent a business system or venture.

I experienced it myself and I realized it is not a reason for me to accuse or judge people and their business only because there are unscrupulous folks who are doing the same business. It is a matter of evaluating the business system how it is an opportunity to empower people and how it becomes an aid to develop people in becoming achievers in life. I admit, some approaches are pathetic, cultish, and should I say... unconventional. But the truth is, MLM participants have a different BUSINESS CULTURE compared to what you find to be conventional marketing such as TV adz, print adz, etc. It's really culture that perhaps make you hate the system.

Regardless of what you do, MLM is an establish business model in the commercial world. You can benefit from it or disregard it. But assassinating the business model is like dreaming a Nazi regime to conquer Europe and failing.

I like you zeal, but you need enlightenment too. God bless!

  33. Sa tingin ko tama naman toh but we should hear both sides. Kaso mas mabenta naman yung colgate because of brand recognition and years in the industry. Tapos meron pa silang R&D for further improvement or new products. Pagnagkaproblema pwedeng i-recall dahil di nila gustong masira ang name nila for years. Also marami silang na produce na millionares which is good kaya nakakaattract ito. Magiging investment lang siya pagnautilize ninyong lahat s family in one day for transportation, mas matipid yun. Ok sana yung MLM kung realistic talaga yung mga claims nila kaso hindi based sa economics impossible kang maging miyonaryo in 1 month kaso sa MLM naging possible. sabi nga you can't break the laws of physics.
When there business focus on the future and further grow by selling products at marginal price. It will help the company and the people working in the system.

  42. I respect the idea of the person who wrote this. But I can tell everyone here that this person is a close-mided or narrow-minded person and have never done or joined the companies he listed here. Maybe joined but never exerted the effort to get the result that an MLM company is promising to anyone.

It's like saying or comparing to a person seeking expertise of a doctor, who do think you need to seek advice? Would you consult an attorney? Or an IT specialist? An engineer? Of course not! You would listen to someone with so much experience and expertise. Does this person sound like an MLM expert? Maybe, he should have written an article about how to know if an MLM company is a scam or not or pryramiding maybe. He even defined recuiting scheme as "Recruiting scheme on the other hand has no product or if they have, it is overpriced and people do not really need or want them". Would you believe this statement? He said it has no product, this defines "pryamiding scheme". Does it mean if a company who recruits people is a scheme already of an MLM company? This is exactly what the writer meant to say here or the way he undertands it maybe.. recruiting like a hiring company.. But it's not just that, there's something more behind it when you happened to talk with a networker that you at least should hear before you can say something like this. Most important to remember that Netwroking or joining an MLM company is not an investment where you will just wait for it to profit.. You have to work for it to earn the fruits of your hardwork in a legal and fair manner. It is not a business guarantee but just an opportunity to work out. Just like traditional businesses out there where you also have to work for before you can have the positive result from it.. Networking is very much the same. We all have 24 hours given by God. It just differs how you use your 24 hours. And what networking companies really offer you is the opportunity of LEVERAGING wherein you earn from the work of others while you are so busy with anything you are so busy of. Again, hardwork and perseverance and of course you passion to reach your goals and make your dreams come true ar your motivations to succeed in this kind of business. They show you results because people tend to ask for your result.. Then they would show you their results, and you think they are just attracting people? Wear first their shoes before you can say things that the writer f this article has said because there is more than this that only a networker can understand. Maybe some of the guys doesn't just realize that most of businesses and jobs we have are also form of networking, we just differ in nature and products. You just need to see the bigger picture of networking and what kind of opportunity it is offering to the society especially for those less fortunate people who are hard to get hired in a job or can't afford to start a traditional business.

"LEVERAGING earn from the work of others" just as business owners earn from the work of their employees. diba pyramiding din tawag dyan?, d ba kau naawa ang mga business owners sa mga employees nila? recruitment is the keyfactor here, you recruit people to work for you, pay them a salary not even commensurate sa trabahong dapat nilang gawin, at kakaltasan mo pa sila ng taxes (where you also make money from them, big money), benefits (that may or may not be utilized to their full extent) and keep them for cheap labor while you earn so much money. 43. I hope you can help reconcile your blog post with the answers you are giving on the comment section.

On your blog post, you differentiated Direct Selling, Network Marketing and MLM with Recruiting Scheme. You even mentioned about MLM as 'legal business model'.

And yet I am reading your answers to different comments and your tone changed to the tune of MLMs being illegal.

    Am I missing some point?

I'm not into any MLM business right now, but I do see some legal MLMs on your list. I wonder if you did intensive research on those companies/products first before you placed them on your list OR you only did place them on your list because somebody told you to add them up?

    Hope you can enlighten me.

    Thanks!

I would rather be a seller on AVON than their products.
Kung meron pala kau ganun e why not open your own business or create a product that will make a impact on the local market, why do you always want to be under control by someone else.

Then magki QUIT, at papalabasin ni upline na kasalanan nya all along, kasi quitter sya.

  50. I commend the courage of the author for making this blog kasi im sure maraming bashers makukuha nito esp from those who are in the mlm industry.

I have joined several "mlm" companies over the years. It is true na di ako yumaman sa ganun dahil hindi ako nging persevering enough to recruit. Nagsipag ako to recruit but only for a while. Kasi i told myself this should be first and foremost a direct selling company so dapat kikita ako sa products secondary na lang ang recruitment. In one of those mlms i joined which is di na ata existing ngayon, madami products sa brochure like retail products mga damit accessories etc. Pag mag travel nko frm my place to the mlm office in my free time, madalas ang order ko or ng ofcmates ko ay di available kesyo naubusan daw, antay daw kung kelan may darating etc. So how can you sell pag ganun ang sistema.

Eto medyo a few years back lang, i joined a mlm company kasi pinagbigyan ko friend ko who is s member pero i dont intend to be active talaga. The product was load so ok na din kasi magagamit ko yung discounted load. Of course there was a membership fee, a few or several thousands and all i got was some cheap posters/banners ng company and marketing materials plus cards na pwede ko ibenta para mabawi ko membership fee.

If i want to earn sa product, id need a sarisari store or a good place para makapagpaload ng madami which i dont have. Or else paloadan ko mga kakilala ko but then kung kumita man ako dun it wont be that much. So where do people there earn so much? Through recruitment.

I have nothing against mlm or recruitment. Hanapbuhay ko ngayon is also in sales and i recruit people as well. I also have a big potential to earn huge sa work ko right now by selling but it will be a very tough hill to climb. I also recruit pero since it is a legit full time job in a legit company, the company pays the recruit to sell and not the other way around (recruit pays the company a certain fee).

I just find it odd to pay an entity para ikaw ang maghirap mghanap ng recruit at mgbenta. But can they honestly say na worth the money talaga yung nakuha nila?

And why is it not optional? I mean kung gusto ng recruit mag try ng product then saka sya mgbayad and no fixed fee. Kung ano lang yung kaya nya. Kung ang mantra is you should be a user and believer of your product, sige mag try ako ng isa o dalawang sachet kasi ito lang kaya ko. Pero to say that it is required yung membership fee.. parang magbabayad ka talaga for you to sell and recruit for the company. Nothing to lose for the company. Dahil walang bakante sa mga legit na hospitals who can pay for new hires. Kaya ipinagbawal yun di ba.

I heard yung iba paunahan lang eh.

I mean if nagwowork sa inyo then lets all be happy for you.

Compare that to the regular salespeople that u see in stores or wherever. Whether it be memorial plans, insurance, real estate, appliances, technology, etc. Those that are successful get rich by selling the products to consumers or businesses and these consumers or businesses get what they paid for by using the products sold to them. And these people were paid by the company to get rich by selling. To those who are not successful at naend ang contract dahil di nakabenta or quota, they are or were still paid.

Personally I'll stick to my day job, a REAL JOB and not pushing people to sign up so you can get the "referral bonus". Another thing is I won't buy their overpriced products claiming it to be "effective", its just another marketing strategy to lure gullible people into using it without knowing that the ingredients are just pure bullshit and you can actually find cheaper options out there at your own convenience.

ALL FUCKING LIES to MLM, I have a family member who kept annoying us to sign up for that ROYALE SHIT which we never did. 6 months later, she is broke as hell while I am still on my day job a REAL JOB and saving up slowly but surely.

Here's how you'll do well in life, first finish your education and don't give up in getting a real job, trust me it'll save you in the end. People who cling to money only are weak, take that off in the equation and you'll see who'll end up happier (in my case I got a real job while my cousin ended up broke as hell).

MLM use people to gain money PERIOD! like paying a prostitute only to get laid and then what?...Exactly!

We invest in our health. For maintenance and to prevent future sickness. Kaya USANA kasi maraming icon and politicians and international athletes na ang gumagamit which means effective talaga. Ngayon ung business behind jan, parang choice namen kung gusto namin for personal use or ibenta sa mga gusto din gumamit. Almost lahat naman kaming members ay sumali for the discount and for personal use. Pagmay sobra edi ibenta. So hindi po scam ang USANA.

  64. I pity those victim of MLM.

    1. Ummm...not really. My vendor is an executive AND a part-time professor at a university. He has a salary of 250+K a month. He decided to be a vendor of a nutritional supplement product because he and his wife credits the product for getting his health back in check. According to him, we decided to sell the product because he has experienced and reaped the benefits. Networking, per se, isn't bad or illegal - as long as you have a decent product. Insurance is a kind of network marketing as insurance agents sell a promise. Yet, people buy insurance because they are afraid of their morbidity.

As for having a physical store, that is not necessary in this day and age. A lot of companies worldwide don't have a physical store BUT are successful. Does a physical store contribute to the bottom line (profit)? Sure it does. Is it necessary? Not always. I am an online seller. Have been for years. My store is where there is an Internet connection and my warehouse is where I can legitimately source for my wares. Am I earning? You betcha.

    3. Hi You betcha. Oha. AT mas lalong may kakayahan na makapambola. But I doubt kung yumaman sya through networking. Esep esep kayo diba.

  66. Hello! We just came across your blog and we have found it very interesting and timely. Just recently, a good friend has invited us to an impromptu lunch date. Me and my wife's agreed right away since we haven't seen this friend for a long time. Lo and behold, it was not a simple lunch like we thought it was, but a Royale business presentation.

We were surprised but of course remained polite as I thought we can always say NO and it was what we did. Fast forward, we are very concerned since we have noticed that this friend of ours has put so much trust while pinning all her hopes and dreams on this venture. What we are more concerned of is that we know how much she only earns and yet she has been taking out loans just to support what she calls down lines so that her income continues. Is there anything we can tell or show her that Royale is a recruitment based income and not product based?

Is royal indeed a scam or legit? Scary because the cars of the owners ( Lamborghini and Ferrari) is, silly as it may seem, but the motivation of these recruits.

We really need your advise on this as we have made this our mission to help her before it's too late...

  67. Same here. A friend had been trying to get in touch with me telling me that she misses me daw kasi. Ayun pala may ibang agenda. At yun ay iintroduce at irecruit ako sa sinalihan nyang MLM. World Ventures naman. I pity her kasi she needed to spend some amount to treat me lunch pa para lang dito. Siempre that will be another expenses to try to convince people. Ika nga Money is the root of evil.

  68. This blog is misleading. I hope the author will be more responsible and do his homework.

I am a member of Royale for 2 months now. I sell the products online since I am employed full time. I do not hard sell just to have a sale. What I did was to use their health supplements and I documented the results thru laboratory tests after using their products for 2 months. I am diabetic and I use Royale's Diabetwatch supplement and Glutathione for my liver. Even my doctor advised me to continue using the supplements because of the positive results. My blood sugar has been stable ever-since I started taking the supplements which my medicines before could not do. My insulin was also removed after using the products. However, I do not attribute the positive results to just these supplements alone. I took care of my diet and had to exercise also. But I know that the supplements helped in having good results now.

MLM is not for everyone. And if you think this is a get-rich-quick scheme, you are totally wrong. However, I can proudly say that I earn by selling the products because the discount is 30%. But you need to target your market. Royale products are not meant for everyone. This is the problem with some members who just recruit and sell to almost anyone. Just like other companies, you should have a target market.

After 2 months I got my first check, as commission for my sales. It was a decent amount, more than 10k as rebates for the products I sold and not as bonus for recruitment because i have no down-line still at this point since I do not recruit. So I can honestly tell you that some MLMs are legit businesses. The members make it appear illegal or unpleasant because of wrong practices.

  69. Interesting. Using USANA for several years now but the person who sells me that stuff hasn't even tried recruiting me. He was - and still is - an USANA user. His wife credits USANA, among many other things to credit, in getting his health back in check. My said he decided to venture into selling the stuff because he is a living testimony that their product works.

I tried every kind of nutritional supplement that I could get my hands on. All of them were good to a degree but it was USANA that worked for me. Now, I am not marketing nor am I promoting USANA. All I am saying is this: what works for Pedro might not work for Jose, whether it's vitamins or MLM. Certainly, you and many other posters here are entitled to your own opinion that networking is bad or doesn't work. Perhaps but perhaps not.

Would I sell USANA? Perhaps not as I am not adept in selling stuff but if I solely base my networking experience on my vendor, it works for him (health-wise and financial-wise) so MLM must be doing something good. Like one of the posters said, MLM is not for all. It's like balut - some like it, some don't. Simple as that.

Are MLMs scams? Some are, some aren't. I guess it would up be up to both the consumers AND the government to prove which are and which aren't. If there are people who have irrefutable proof that some MLMs are indeed illegal, I hope they take them to court. If there are people who can prove that the MLM products being sold by these companies change lives - both health-wise and financially, then go market your product - to hell what other people would say as you are making an honest buck and your products are legit.

  70. once na kong napasali sa A_Z_E_N_ back in 2012 worth 1500, ung upline ko na ENGR. from Riyadh Ang nag invite sakin at nag abono ng pang member, since he was in a vacation kaya sinamahan nya ko sa office ng MLM sa may starmall sa may pasay..sa office dami tao at may clear display cabinet containing lots of product which they offer and sell sa mga members nila. At first glance those products looks so cheap kasi hinde pamilyar sakin ang barley that time since 2008 pa lang nag abroad na ko. may barley. coffee, soap, vitamins and even alkaline stick na para daw maging alkaline ung tap water at safe na unumin... after a week or so of researched at trial ng pag invite.. I find it bullshit and hassle kasi mahal na nga ang presyo sa ganun ka cheap na items na pwede mu bilhin sa bangketa hinde ko din masikmura ung feeling na mangloko at mamilit magbenta sa produkto na hinde naman essential. Imagine ipambibili mu ung hard earned money mu ng barley at kung anu anu pa na may "NO APPROVED THERAPEUTIC CLAIM"...Hanggang sa one day iyong mismong upline ko ang nag quit. Buti na lang hinde nya ko pinilit magbayad sa abono nya at hinde nya ko dinelete sa FB nya, as of now nag uusap pa din kami kung minsan but never ever napag usapan ang tungkol sa masalimuut na networking exp. namin. Just waiting for a GOOD KARMA.

I said I want to buy products at a discounted price dahil friend mo naman ako at yung pinopost mo sa FB is that you can earn as much as Php 300 on selling a single product pero ayaw nya.Kung ako kung tutulong ako sa kapwa, hindi ko gagahaman ang income ko mula dyan dahil may full-time job naman ako earning 45K a month. In short, I didn't join of course 'coz I'm smarter... I was able to purchase 2 ha of rice land and earn additional income leasing the area. I bought insurance investments of VUL and mutual funds from Manulife and Sunlife.. insured ako as much as 2.5M, kikita pa ito pag nareach ang 10-year maturity period. I have stock investments amounting to 200K, in 20 years sana kumita ng kahit 200%. hehe... and I am just 24 years old... I know malayo mararting ko because I work hard and smart, I have a schedule, and a stable job.. in 10 years pustahan tayo, kinakalawang na Montero mo baka ako pa maging boss mo..

Ngayon eh Ruby Director na daw sya. So panay ang post nya sa fb nya proud sya kasi may free time sya at mas marami syang panahon sa baby nya. Panay ang post ng mga "free" travels nya like sa Maldives(which anyone with a decent job can afford).

  75. This is from US Federal Trade Commission:
Pyramid schemes now come in so many forms that they may be difficult to recognize immediately. However, they all share one overriding characteristic. They promise consumers or investors large profits based primarily on recruiting others to join their program, not based on profits from any real investment or real sale of goods to the public. Some schemes may purport to sell a product, but they often simply use the product to hide their pyramid structure.

Here are some tips that consumers and business might find helpful.
    1. Beware of any plan that makes exaggerated earnings claims, especially when there seems to be no real underlying product sales or investment profits.
    2. Beware of any plan that offers commissions for recruiting new distributors, particularly when there is no product involved or when there is a separate, up-front membership fee.
    3. If a plan purports to sell a product or service, check to see whether its price is inflated, whether new members must buy costly inventory, or whether members make most "sales" to other members rather than the general public.
    4. Beware of any program that claims to have a secret plan, overseas connection or special relationship that is difficult to verify.
    5. Beware of any plan that delays meeting its commitments while asking members to "keep the faith."

These "bewares" are very evident in the companies listed above.
They recruit people, emphasizing on the promise of wealth and success. They call people to be positive, optimistic, open-minded, to keep the faith...

    So people, you decide!

  76. Do you have a work/job now? If you do, they also recruited you to work for them right? So meaning, all businesses are part of a recruiting scheme companies.. recruiting people does not mean that its a scam neiither a bad company. Recruiting is just a part of teh business. its like asking someone to have their own business in a low and affordable capital. And also its not true that the company and those who are on top are just gonna benefit with Multilevel marketing. its the same with being an employee.. Its those who works hard for it. if you will not work then dont expect that you will earn.. the only difference is that, you can achieve what you want to achieve in Multilevel marketing in a short period of time.

  77. Hello. I was searching for this news article about one MLM versus another then I stumbled to your blog.

I am a member of one of the MLM's that is very active and popular here in the Philippines. Before I joined this particular MLM/networking company, I did my own research. While I was in the middle of my research, I saw one of my classmates back in college just bought a new Ford Mustang 2014. I thought she and her husband could really afford it because they were known to belong to the upper B class of the society. Then I found out that they actually got it by doing business in the MLM I was doing further research. The money for the down payment and their monthly dues are all from their income with this MLM.

Inspired with their achievement, I invited them so they could present to me how the business goes. I was really amazed. Yes, it is networking, BUT for me, it is more of a retailing kind of business. I joined not to get rich. I am happy with what my husband is earning as a chief officer in a large shipping company. I am a full-time stay-at-home mom doing some baking as my hobby which turned to a part-time business. I get to buy myself and our kids all the things we need and what we want, pero I still joined an MLM company -- for my family's personal consumption. My husband and I do not invite people to join us, but we still earn from our own consumption. Now, it has become another business because friends and relatives turn to me to buy the products produced by this MLM company I joined just recently. It has helped a lot when it comes to my family's health, including my parents and my in-laws. The "sales incentives" are just my bonus for personally using the products.

I still believe that these MLM's are not just networking alone because I, myself, is one of the living proofs.

About my classmate back in college, they are literally earning 300k a week by both inviting and retailing. Income from MLMs is actually based on how you want to work it out. Just my two cents.

"ang magaling umarte na mayaman ay yung mayaman. ikaw na din mismo nagsabi na akala mo e kaya ng college friend mo bumili ng cars kasi upper class b sila..talagang kaya nila bumili kahit wala ang networking..ngayon bakit nila pinalabas na ang pambayad nila ay galing sa networking???Para marecruit ang isang tulad mo na asawa ng isang chief officer.which is by the way earning 250k t0 350k a month.kung ikaw ang magrerecruit makakarecruit ka palalabasin mo lng na kumikita ka sa networking..which is kahit wala naman kaya nyong bumili ng dalawang sasakyan kahit walang networking. At isa pa medyo bago kapa nga kasi yung computation mo sa kita pumalya pa ng kaunti, kaunti lng namn..konting praktis pa at makakaconvince kana din..You cannot earn from your own consumption..Ano ang companya palugi??instead finoforce kayo if not now maybe later...na kumuha ng products for your own consumption with a minimun lets say example 2000.heres the deal kung kukuha ka products worth 20k a month may commission ka na makukuha sa own purchase mo na 5 pesos...at kunwari sa purchase mo lng alone ay may cheke kana na 5k pesos.pero magkano namn ang out mo?/?/kung may downline ka na gumawa ng ginawa mo bilang upline mo may commission ka dun sa 20k worth of product purchase na let say 10 percent ng 20k na 2k..ito hindi tama na calculation kunwari lng ang figures.pero sabi mo nga wala kang downline papano ka kikita??pag gumastos ka ba ng 10k worth of products may bumabalik sayo na 11k??? yan ang kumikita..baka naman gagastos ka ng 10k babalik sayo ay 2k???ang tawag nalng dyan discounted..pero hindi ka kumita..bakit hindi ka mag aral ng online stock trading nasa computer na yan ngayon.iinvest mo sa mutual fund ang pera.may insurance ka na ba??rather than telling us na kumita ka sa own consumption mo.pero bilib ako sayo kasi ginagamit mo ang oras mo.at networking sideline lang yan sayo..mas magaling pa din kaysa walang ginagawa. at saka friend and family na bumibili sayo ng ilang beses?? isa dalawa tatlo??pero magaling konting practise pa convincing kana po..hindi mo lang po nararamdaman na nalulugi ka sa business mo instead na kumita kasi sa laki ba namn ng kinikita ng asawa mo e.aaminin ko po pagdating sa health ng family mo kung effective ba o hindi ang product wala akong sasabihin dyan.good kung effective kung hindi naman wala namn masama.masaya ka namn habang ginagamit mo e.naniniwala ka namn e.hahaha pero pagdating sa income mo sa business na ito madami akong masabi.kung full time networker ka at nagmamanage ka ng downline kumikita ka oo.pero hindi ka yayaman dyan..empleyado pa din ang labas mo nyan..paycheck to paycheck.ang importante kasi papano mo mapalago ang kinikita ninyo..wala yan sa kung gaano kalaki ang kinikita nyo.kung pinag aralan mo ang investment and make your money work for you naku yayaman kayo ng bongang bonga hahhaa.

  78. Is NU Skin / Big Planet still in operation in the Philippines? I became a member of this "group" way back in 1998 and paid a hefty price of Php 11K for starter pack. A big sum back then. Admittedly, I became interested because of the promise of wealth, plus the fact that their products are deemed "world class" with print ads in US magazines and with Hollywood celebrity endorsers.

Now this starter pack consisted of soaps, lotions, creams, and all sorts of beauty products, were only for personal consumption. I gave most of them as gifts to my mom, titas and to my then-girlfriend. Remember, this was 1998, the market then was not saturated with those Gluta-shittness and whitening BS products. So no real competition and these products were considered as luxury items.

To be able to sell their products, you need to buy another pack, for a lesser price. and if you have more moms, titas and girlfriends that are willing to buy these expensive products repeatedly, then you will have a windfall.

But sadly, even if NU skin products were deemed superior to say, local brands like Master Eskinol or Splash, they are still ultra expensive for the average Filipinos.

That's why my "mentors" encouraged me to recruit others, and let them shell out Php11K for the starter kits, and if you have 5 successful recruits, meaning they become members, you can earn commission off them.

I invited 5 friends over for a "business presentation" and another 5 for another one,but no luck on the membership drive on both batches. My so called mentors reprimanded me for being not pushy enough, and suggested to me to buy a "on hand" starter pack that i can peddle to my recruits for a quick turnaround.

That's where I became disenchanted, these mentors dont really care about the products and are more concerned about how their recruits can recruit more fresh meat.

So i quit the "biz" and yes, I was a FAILURE in MLM. I didnt succeed in MLM, but i didn't FAIL in becoming "richer"..i became smarter and worked harder and invested my money in mutual funds, stocks and bonds and none of those quick rich schemes. I may not have those checks, fancy home and fancier cars you see in Facebook, but I know I'm more successful than those people, both in life and finances. For starters, I have more friends and family that love and care for me more than them.

So, if you want to know if a "company" is a scam or not scam, ask this simple question: "will the company make money by recruiting people or by actually generate income through the sales of their products"? If it is through recruiting, then it's a scam.

You want testimonials? That's your testimonial right there!.

  85. "So – to be successful in a recruiting MLM, one must first be deceived, then maintain a high level of self-deception, and finally go about deceiving others. They must also remain in denial about the multitude of victims left behind. Some would label this "theft by deception" except that few of those doing the deceiving are aware that they are deceiving and defrauding those they are recruiting. They may even put on a display of being "successful," by buying expensive cars and homes and inviting others to be like them."

  86. Watch out for fast talkers at the McDonald outlets. I was sitting next to 2 nursing students and a "Salesman" at the McDonalds in Baguio City. AlI he was doing was promising huge profits and monthly incomes of P200.000 and up. He was showing his mobile phone pictures of his BMW at the age of 19. I wanted to protect the poor girls and decided to write a text on MY phone and showed it to them: It's a Pyramid sheme (Google it) In many countries illegal, stay away, you will loose everything. The "Salesman" couldn't see it, I was standing with my back to him.

  87. Nasayang ang oras ko reading most of the comments. No value at all, specially sa mga taong puno ng negativity at they base yung sagot nila sa experience / result of a single person. Mas nakita nila yung panget kaya yun ang brought up nila. pero yung maganda d nakita ng nakakarami. wake up old mind, crippled brain, superb closed jutaks, misinformed ppl.

    Economic Frauds Scam - https://economicfrauds.net

Around May 23, this year my office received a call from a representative (he refused to mention his name) from Economic Frauds Detection & Prevention Inc. telling us that someone had filed a damaging complaint against our company, although he would give no further details, and we have no knowledge of any such complaint. During the conversation, he suggested that we should make a payment of $650 and in return that they will not make the complaint public as it would damage our reputation. We told him that we would think about it, because it is a corporate matter, and we don't have the discretion to make payments for reasons like this without approval from our bosses. Up until this week, they have been calling us about it continuously. They even threatened to make our company famous with the information that they have by exaggerating the complaint and posting it publicly on their site and all over the internet. They even gave us their site name, which is https://economicfrauds.net, and asked us to check for ourselves what had happened to other companies that refused to settle with them in the past.
